ADULT CLASSES
ZUMBA: This is a new exercise craze that combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout! You will have so much fun dancing you won't even realize you are working out! It's exercise in disguise! ZUMBA is focused on letting the music move you, instead of counting reps over the music. To participate in ZUMBA, there is no dance background needed. What makes ZUMBA so great, is that every dance move can be modified to fit every individual. ZUMBA is made for everyone and anyone! (Guys and gals, 15 years to 80 +) Class will be led by Meghan Lawton, ZUMBA Instructor.
BIBLE STUDY: Study and explore scripture that will change the way you think in new and exciting ways. This session will be a discussion of Henry Cloud's book, "The Law of Happiness". This is a quick and easy read that will transform your life! Looking for that joy God promises? Come to class and discover just how easy it is.
YOUTH CLASSES
Kids Connect: This class is designed for children of preschool age through 4th grade. At Kids Connect, each child experiences connecting with each other and connecting with Jesus through Bible exploration, videos, crafts, games, and fun snacks. And through it all, children discover they have a real friend in Jesus. Kids Connect Team Leader-Sheryl Gifford.
FUSION: At FUSION, kids 5th through 8th grade will grow in their personal relationship with Jesus through Bible exploration, videos, and hands on activities is a large group setting. Connection God's Word to kids' real world moves learning beyond information to a growing relationship with Jesus that transforms lives. FUSION Team Leader - Sally Hendrixon.
