The Mission of Laketon Bethel’s Children’s Church is to help kids grow in their knowledge of God’s love and the Bible, helping them develop a personal relationship with Jesus, while forming friendships in a fun and safe environment.

On Sunday mornings at 10:45, preschool through 4^th graders gather together for their own worship and learning experience.

They participate in;

Activity Time – games, crafts, & play time

Large Group Learning – lessons, songs, Bible stories

Small Group Learning – in-depth lessons, individual attention

Our summer program begins on June 6, 2010.  We will be using a curriculum called Buzz.  Buzz has kids explore the attribute “God is faithful” through Bible based games and activities.  The preschool and kindergarten large group will be singing songs and learning some simple prayers to reinforce that they can talk to God anytime.

Our 1^st through 4^th graders will be challenged to learn the Books of the Old Testament during our summer program.  Each week, starting with Genesis, we will focus on three or four books to explore and commit to memory.
